If a seller with a good track record suddenly experiences these types of issues, our team may get in touch with recommendations to help bring their shop into compliance with Techhark Service Level Standards.
If a shop falls our expectations or displays a pattern of customer service issues, we’ll reach out via email to discuss the next steps. Techhark may remove a shop from our search results or suspend certain privileges until it’s in good standing.
If a member continues to fall our Service Level Standards or has consistently failed to demonstrate the level of customer service Techhark expected, Techhark may elect to permanently revoke their buying and selling privileges.
If you receive customers (buyers) information such as addresses, email id or phone numbers to fulfill orders, you may use that information only to fulfill orders and must delete it after the order has been processed. You may not use customer information to contact customers (except through Buyer-Seller Messaging) or share it with any third-party.
